How to Create a Professional Real Estate Agent Profile

Lead with proof, not adjectives
Every agent describes themselves as dedicated and results-driven. Nobody is persuaded by it. Replace adjectives with evidence: properties you currently represent, properties you have sold, years in the market, and reviews from real clients.
The sections that matter
A profile that converts usually contains the same building blocks, in this order.
- A clear photo, your name, your role and the market you serve
- Active listings with price, location and good photography
- Sold properties as a track record
- Client reviews with names or initials
- Experience and specialisation (luxury, rentals, commercial, relocation)
- Direct contact options: call, message, email
Write for mobile first
Most visitors arrive from a phone, usually from a social bio link. Long paragraphs get skipped. Keep your introduction to two or three sentences, put the listings high on the page, and make the contact buttons easy to tap.
Make it one link
Scattered links are lost links. A single profile URL such as yourname.vidapts.com works in an Instagram bio, an email signature, a WhatsApp message, a business card and a QR code — and every visit lands somewhere you control.
