By creating an account on Vidapts you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings, sold properties, and testimonials you publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to all imagery uploaded to your portfolio.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancel anytime from your Billing dashboard; access remains until the end of the current cycle. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Vidapts may suspend accounts that violate these terms, infringe third-party rights, or engage in unlawful activity. For questions, email support@vidapts.com.
