Refund Policy

Free Trial

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial of Premium. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with Vidapts, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. After this window, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days. After that, no refunds are provided for the remaining months of the year.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@vidapts.com from the email associated with your account. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Billing dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; access remains until the end of your current billing cycle.
